This Microwave Egg Sandwich is quick, easy and ready in 2 minutes making it the perfect breakfast or snack on a busy day.

Ingredients

Scale

12 slices of bread (or a bun, roll, bagel, etc)
1 egg
Optional toppings: avocado, cheese, veggies, bacon etc

Instructions

  1. Toast bread.
  2. Spray a cereal bowl or large ramekin with oil.
  3. Add an egg and stir well.
  4. Cover with a paper towel and microwave 40-60 seconds or until cooked. (timing will depend on your microwave.
  5. Add cooked egg and toppings to toast.
  6. Enjoy!

Notes

If you want more than one egg on your sandwich, cook them separately.
