Hi Friends!

So I kinda took the past couple weeks off Bean Bytes. This seems to happen every year because I’m not really a fan of all of the 2015 recap and 2016 goal posts. It’s nothing personal….I just tend to skip over most of them.

However, there were a few posts that stuck out to me over the past few weeks so I thought I’d pop in and share them with you! We’ll be back to regularly scheduled Bean Bytes next week!

One post on parenting:
My Life’s Work? It’s Happening Inside My Home. via Motherly

Two food prep posts worth revisiting:
How To Food Prep – 5 Tips for Beginners via The Diet Plan
18 Make-Ahead Meals & Snacks To Eat Healthy Without Even Trying via Buzzfeed

Three delicious treats:
Lightened Up Cinnamon Roll Pull-Apart Bread
Easy Taco Pull Apart Bread
Puppy Chow (or Muddy Buddies) For One

Learn-to-say-no-withoutexplaining-yourself.

Four posts with ideas for change:
57 Small Changes You Can Easily Make to Improve Your Life via The Muse
7 Empowering Lift Like A Girl Articles via Nia Shanks
Uncluttered: Own Less, Life Better via Becoming Minimalist
Are You Living Your Priorities? via Nicole Culver

Enjoy!

I’m glad you got a few weeks off and hope you had a great holiday season! These are some great articles, and I especially liked the one from Becoming Minimalist. I love that site.
