Hey Folks!!!

It’s Weight Loss Wednesday!!!! Welcome to this weight loss update for weeks 10 and 11!! I’ve been following the Weight Watchers Freestyle plan for the last 11 weeks and so far the results have been GREAT! After a little health scare, I added the DASH Diet to the party!

I’m starting to figure out how to lose weight and still balance my food intake with being a pastry chef. Weight Watchers has been the perfect program for me to follow and the DASH Diet has been great for keeping my blood pressure under control!

We all know that losing weight after 40 can be a challenge, so if you are looking for a plan that allows you to still enjoy the things you like to eat…in moderation…this might be the plan for you.
